Description

This is a notice of a proposed simplified acquisition for equipment and services for which the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to solicit and negotiate sole source with Puerto Rico Telephone Company, P.O. Box 360998, San Juan, PR 00936-0998 to furnish a Norstar Plus with Voice Mail/Auto Attendant Digital Communication System and to provide all labor, materials, and transportation to install new system, remove and return old equipment, and training on new system. The EPA will require maintenance of the equipment and existing telephone lines. This notice may represent the only official notice of such solicitation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
