Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is soliciting quotations to conduct semi-annual/annual inspections and testing of the high and low pressure steam boilers located at Chicago Health Care System, VA Medical Center Lakeside, Chicago Il and VA CBOC located at Crown Pt. IN. This procurement is for the period beginning October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001 plus four (4) option renewal periods. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. All responsible sources may submit an offer. Requests for a hard copy solicitation must be in writing to address indicated above with a non-refundable check for $10.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted.
