Description

The North Dakota Department of Human Services (hereinafter referred to as "the Department" is requesting proposals for supplying eyewear to ophthalmologists, optometrists, and opticians who are providers of the North Dakota Medicaid Program. This eyewear will be furnished to Medicaid recipients by these providers.
