Description

Provide Skilled Home Health Service to beneficiaries of the VA Maryland Healthcare System (VAMHCS). Skilled Home Health Service will include, but not limited to: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work and Speech Therapy. The service areas will be the State of Maryland and adjoining counties in states bordering Maryland (Baltimore City, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Harford, Cecil, Howard, Carroll, Queen Anne's, Talbot, Caroline, Dorchester, Wicomico and Worcester). The period of service will be from date of award, on or about November 1, 2000 with two (2) one-year options for renewal. This solicitation will result in a service contract and JCAHO accredited is required. All request must be in writing to VA Maryland Healthcare System (90C), Attn: Jacquelyn Walker, P. O.
