Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Elkton, OH., intends to award a firm-fixed price requirements type contract for Master's Level Therapist. These services shall be provided to the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Prison Camp. The successful contractor shall provide non-personal individual and group counseling, including drug, alcohol, and related counseling services for the institutions' Psychology Department. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The institution anticipates the need for ten (10) sessions per week. Each session to be three (3) hours in length. This is contractual position and will not exceed 30 hours in a given week. The period of performance will be from award, tentatively 12/5/00 through twelve months. Additionally, the contact shall provide for four (4) twelve month option periods. The anticipated release date of this solicitation is September 28, 2000; closing November 1, 2000.
