Description

The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) is seeking qualified and experienced consulting firm(s) to Provide Consulting Services for Resident Needs Assessment and Resident Leadership Training for the SLHA. The selected Offeror shall perform the following: 1) Conduct a complete assessment to determine the SLHA residents' needs for social services, education, job training, youth services, elderly services and services for the disabled. 2) Conduct training for leadership and community organizing training for resident leaders. The SLHA will receive sealed proposals for these services until 3:00 p.m. (local time), Thursday, October 12, 2000. A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. (local time), at the SLHA Central Offices, Third Floor Conference Room, 4100 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis MO 63108. Solicitation documents are available for pick up from the SLHA Procurement Section, 4100 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis MO 63108. Offerors not in the local area may call 314-286-4234 during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time) for instructions on obtaining the solicitation documents.
