- The Health Care Financing Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Mr. Greg Campbell, the principal for Midway Enterprises. As the original designer, developer and implementer of the Federal monitoring system, Mr. Campbell will rejoin the combined Regional and Central Office workgroup as they (1) discuss communication options and validation requirements for the Regional Offices, (2) explore additional addressing opportunities for integrating additional regional data into the individual data tables and (3) expand the customized reporting functions into regional formats.
