Description

The General Services Administration Office of the Chief People Officer intends to procure a sole source. The purpose of the conference, formal training for GSA's Human Resources Community, is to provide a residential training program that focuses on the Office of the Chief People Officer (CPO) misison and vision. The conference will launch the Can't Beat GSA HR STAR initiative around the theme of "Solutions, Timeliness, Accuracy and Responsiveness which is a mission that is supported by the Administrator. Identification of statutory authority 41. U.S.C. 253 @ (2)-Unusual and compelling urgency. FAR 2.101-Definitions of Words and Terms. Section 2.101-Best Value means the expected outcome of an acquisition that in the Government's estimation, provides the greatest overall benefit to the requirement and in accordance with FAR 15.002 (a) Sole Source Acquisition, Radisson Plaza Hotel 60 South Ivanhoe Blvd, Orlando, FL 32804 is the only ource capable of satisfying GSA's needs within the required timeframe. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of $100,000.00. See note No 22
