Description

The Operational Contracting Division, Commercial Acquisitions Branch, at Hanscom AFB, MA is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) F19650-00-R-0027. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to perform all operations in connection with the proper chemical cleaning and power washing of all housing units including garages in Ent and Offutt Roads IAW commercial standards and the Statement of Work (SOW). Provide Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) with your offer for the chemical cleaning used. A Site Visit will be held on 14 SEP 00 at Building 1810 at 10:00AM. The responses to this RFP are applicable to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This procurement will be a firm-fixed price simplified acquisition procedure. Written quotes are due by COB 18 SEP 00. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1799 and the small business size standard is $11.5 million. All respondents must complete FAR 52.212-3 to be submitted with the offer. DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies. Clauses may be accessed in full at http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
