Description

Single award term contract for the 1 year (base year period for October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001) and 2 option year periods (October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 and October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003). These specifications cover the production of envelopes requiring such operations as composition, film-making, printing, binding (construction), packing and delivery. Approximately 10 to 15 Envelope Order Forms per day for approximately 30 items per day. Government to furnish: Composition instruction on Form 12847 series, Envelope Specification Sheet. Manuscript copy on IRS Form 9880 and Envelope Order Form for setting matter on balance of envelopes. Envelope Specification Sheets provide additional printing specifications. Pre-printed furnished envelopes to be overprinted. Delivery f.o.b. destination to various destinations. Production time: 5 and 10 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
