Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington, intends to negotiate a Sole Source firm fixed price contract with Carnegie Mellon University, 107 Margaret Morrison Carnegie Hall, Pittsburgh, PA 15213 for a Membership in the Building Systems Integration Consortium for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command. This will be awarded as a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however, only items meeting the Navy's requirement will be considered for award. All offers must be received in this office no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on 13 September 2000.
