Description

The US Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or new lease construction in the Hamlet of Bradford, County of Steuben and State of New York. The preferred are is as follows: WITHIN A ONE MILE RADIUS OF THE BRADFORD MAIN POST OFFICE. The requirements for existing space or space to be modified are for about 2,106 square feet of existing net interior space with about 22 parking spaces. New lease construction space requirements are for about 2,106 square feet of net interior space and an ideal developable site size of about 42,000 square feet.
