THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (DOJ)HAS NEED FOR PARKING SPACES AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE WASHINGTON METROPOLITAN AREA AS DETAILED BELOW: DESC: The DOJ, subject to the availability of funds, has a need for the lease of approximately seventeen (17) commercial, indoor parking spaces at 325 7th Street (LIBERTY BUILDING), NW, Washington, DC, for the period October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001, on a sole source basis. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be submitted to the address shown in item 7 by COB September 25, 2000. DESC: The DOJ, subject to the availability of funds, has a need for the lease of approximately twenty-one (21) commercial, indoor parking spaces at 600 E Street (BICENTENNIAL BUILDING), NW, Washington, DC, for the period October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001, on a sole source basis. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be submitted to the address shown in item 7 by COB September 25, 2000. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
