Description

Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Services at Mike O_Callaghan Federal Hospital, 4700 Las Vegas Blvd., North. Provide all management, tools, equipment, labor and supervision necessary to perform ground maintenance and landscaping services in a manner that will maintain healthy, pest and diseases free, grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. Landscaping service includes interior and exterior landscapes. This acquisition will be awarded under 100% small business set-aside procedures. The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) is 0782. The dollar threshold for small businesses is $5.0 million in average gross annual revenues for the company_s last three (3) fiscal years. The acquisition will be solicited in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items. The solicitation will be issued during the week of 11 Sep 2000 and will at that time be available for viewing and downloading on the government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.eps.gov. The Statement of Work, (SOW), is posted in advance of the solicitation and is available for viewing or downloading. The anticipated solicitation closing date is on or about 25 Sep 2000. A site visit is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on 15 Sep 2000 at Mike O_Callaghan Federal Hospital, Room LL217.
