- The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to award a firm- fixed price contract with increase quantity option under NSN 1560-01-316-1864, in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft Part Number 65523-00213-044, Panel, Sound Absorbing. DSCR currently does not have a technical data package available for this item. Alternate offerors must submit a complete technical data package for approval in order to be considered for award. Delivery schedule: 110 DARO, 15 each; Unrestricted / ABVS does not apply. Numbered Note 22 applies.
