U S Army Material Command Acquisition Center, White Sands Division, White Sands Missile Range solicits quotations for purchase of: 2 each, Ram, P/N. 3322 mfg. Holmatro; 2 each, Duo Pump / 5HP. P/N 2060, mfg. Holmatro / Briggs & Stratton; 2 each, Spreader, P/N 3242, mfg. Holmatro; 2 each Cutter, P/N 3020, mfg. Holmatro, 4 each, 32 foot hose, 4/1 safety factor (1-red/1-blue), mfg. Holmatro; 2 sets, Pulley Tips, P/N B155, mfg. Holmatro; 2 sets, Chain Hooks, P/N B152, mfg. Holmatro; and 4 each, Step Chock, mfg. Holmatro. "DO NOT SUBSTITUTE". The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3842. Delivery is FOB Destination within 30 days of award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes Request for Quotation (RFQ) W04WAA-0250-0808. Quotations, with certifications and representations, and Tax Identification Number (TIN) shall be submitted before 13 September 2000, 1400 hours MTZ. This solicitation incorporates the following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. This solicitation also incorporates Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) clause 252.2252-7000, Buy American Act Balance of Payments Program Certificate. The awarded contract will incorporate the following FAR clauses: FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items (May 1999); and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items (Aug 2000), including 52.203-6, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, and 52.232-33. THE CONTRACT WILL BE PAID BY VISA CARD ONLY. The awarded contract will also incorporate the following DFARS clauses: DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items (Aug 2000), including 252.205-7000, 252.225-7001, 252.247-7023, and 252.247-7023.
