NSN: 5340-01-270-0706, PN: 289332-5, Quantity 346 each min/1146 each max, this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA and Texarkana, TX. This is a controlled source item to Parker Hannifin Corporation. The required delivery when first article is due is 100 each 333 DACA and 100 each month thereafter until complete. The First Article Test Report is due 198 DACA. The required delivery is 100 each 210 DACA without first article and 100 each month thereafter until complete.
