Description

Three each Precast Concrete Vault Toilets from CXT Precast Concrete Products or an approved equal. Gunnison model, vault toilet with concrete privacy screen, simulated shake roof, barnwood texture and ABS vault liner. Amber rose color, right hand floor plan, left side vent location, unisex and accessible signage, and privacy latch ADA handle door opener, with additional insulated roof panel (delivery and installation shall be included). Delivery and installation shall be at The Dalles Dam, The Dalles, OR 97058. Request for Quotations (RFQ) packages shall be requested by facsimile to the attention of Gaylen Evans at (503) 808-4605. All quotes shall be due September 27, 2000. All requests must include the following information: Business Name, Physical Address, Mailing Address, Point of Contact, Telephone Number, Facsimile Number, Business Size, and include Title of Job requested. This quotation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. The size standard for which is a concern, including all affiliates, with no more than 500 employees.
