Description

40' x 60' rigid frame clear span building. Must be able to withstand seismic Zone 4; Exposure level C; wind load of 100 mph; live load 60 psf; ground snow load is 85 psf; bay spaceing 3@20'; long span roof with 26 gauge long life steel material; 30/70 personal doors; 2 overhead doors; and contractor to supply all tools, labor and equipment to install a designed structural steel/concrete footing on the level gravel pad supplied by the Park Service -- 60' x 100'.
