Amendment 0001 changes blocks 8 and 28 of the Standard Form 1449, provide response to question received as a result of the 22 August 00, pre-proposal conference/site visit, delete page 4 -- 28 of the bid schedule dated 8 Aug 00, incorporate page 4 -- 28 of the bid schedule dated 8 Sep 00, delete Attch 2, Statement of work (SOW), dated 21 Jul 00, in it's entirety, and incorporate Attch 2, SOW dated 8 Sep 00, in it's entirety, delete page 7 of Attch 3, Quality Assurance Plan (QASP), incorporate page 7 of the QASP, incorporate Site Visit Minutes, and incorporate historical data.
