Description

Sole Source. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate on sole source basis with Motorola, 7230 Parkway Drive, Box 5000, Hanover, MD 21076, to upgrade an existing Trunk System. Motorola is the only source endorsed and approved by the National Security Agency (NSA) for transmission of classified and top secret Government traffic. Encryption is exclusive to Motorola. The SIC code is 3663/750. Award for this requirement shall be in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The response must demonstrate that your firm possesses the experience and capability to provide the upgrade. Installation and delivery shall be no later than 90 days after receipt of award (approx.).
