Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Maryland requests information from potential manufacturers of IFF Interrogator control, display and monitoring equipment. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, BUT A FOLLOW-ON TO A PREVIOUS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI), DATED MAY 16, 2000. This RFI does not represent a contract, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. The Government will not pay for the information submitted in response to this synopsis. The purpose of this notice is to notify interested parties that the Combat Information Center (CIC) Upgrade Program Briefing to Industry and draft copy of the Top-Level Requirements Document are located on the Naval Air Systems Command Website at www.navair.navy.mil. Under this website, choose the following: Business; Doing Business with Us; Upcoming Procurements; and Combat Information Center (CIC) Upgrade. Any interested parties are invited to submit the information requested in the May 16, 2000 synopsis and provide any comments regarding the referenced CIC Upgrade Program briefing. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to monitor the Naval Air Systems Command website for all information relating to this RFI. It is anticipated that the Government may request future face-to-face meetings.
