Description

The SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston intends to modify sole-source Contract N65236-00-C-5072 to Datacomm Mgt. Sciences, Inc., Norwalk, CT to increase the contract value from $701,726.68 to $899,349.99. The procuring of the various parts/equipment is for the expansion of the existing automated network control center (ANCC) baseband matrix switch at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station. Bahrain. Because the items being purchased are proprietary and must be compatible with existing equipment, this action is being processed on a sole source basis to Datacom Mgt. Sciences, Inc., E. Norwalk, CT, the only known manufacturer. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
