- Description
- The following changes are the result of the site visit at AASF#2, Alcoa, TN on September 7, 2000. 1. Increase the cameras from 3 to 4. 1 ea 300mm PTZ at air landing apron, 3 ea 100mm PTZ. 2. Cameras to be mounted on top of flight facility building. 3. Monitor screen is changed from 28" to 21" (1 each, to include joystick). 4. The 2 security gates have been split as follows: 1 ea vehicle gate, size 8' x 24" . Please submit quote on both electrical -chain-driven and hydraulic. 1 ea Schlage or equal Pedestrian controlled access. 5. Reduce Card Readers from 4 to 3. 1 ea at the Main Gate, 1 ea at the Main Door, 1 ea at the Entrance Gate. 6. Voice Intercom required for both the Entrance Gate and the Pedestrian Controlled Access. 7. Cancel the Ground-wire leads to the end of the AASF#2 property line. 8. Add a separate line item number 4, 1 each 21" monitor with joystick, and a receiving antenna to be installed at the McGhee Tyson Air Force Base MP station. 9. A 2 year maintenance and parts contract to be included in you proposal. 10. Add Clause 52.237-2, Protection of Government Buildings, Equipment, and Vegetation. Protection of Government Buildings, Equipment, and Vegetation (Apr 1984) The Contractor shall use reasonable care to avoid damaging existing buildings, equipment, and vegetation on the Government installation. If the Contractor's failure to use reasonable care causes damage to any of this property, the Contractor shall replace or repair the damage at no expense to the Government as the Contracting Officer directs. If the Contractor fails or refuses to make such repair or replacement, the Contractor shall be liable for the cost, which may be deducted from the contract price. (End of Clause) 11. Award will be made on any or all combinations of line items. 12. Acknowledge the receipt of this amendment by fax to Gloria Rinal, 615-313-0529. 13. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
