Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N00259-00-T-0092, is issued as a Request for Quotations(RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-19. The contractor shall provide CLIN 0001: Cardiac Insulation pad , quan: 18 bx. CLIN 0002: Stat Pac used to process blood during heart surgery, quan#108 cs. CLIN#0003: Blood Cardioplegia Set. Device used to deliver cardioplegia during heart surgery. Contact Tess Bayquen at 619-532-8108 for delivery schedules for all clins.
