Description

The Naval Medical Center, San Diego, California, intends to award on a sole source basis with MEDTRONIC INC. the following listed items below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FARsubpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N00259-00-T-0088, is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-19. The contractor shall provide CLIN 0001: Adult perfusion pack. Disposable pump tubing connected to an arterial filter and cardiotomy reservoir. Contents: Tubing connectors; stop cocks; arterial filter line plastic clamps/bands #10 knife blade; quan: 180 ea. CLIN 0002: Affinity Oxygenarators with Integrated Hardshell. Sterile gas exchange device with reservior for storing blood; quant: 96cs. CLIN 0003:Pressure Display set. Sterile pressure tubing to connect to pressure display box, quan: 18 bx. CLIN 0004: Minnetch Hemoconcentrator; quan: 6 cs. CLIN 0005: Myowire ; item# 6492; quan: 12 bx. CLIN 0006: Myowire; item# 6500; quant: 28 bx. CLIN 0007: Aortic Punch; item# AP540; quan: 12 bx.
