Description

Solicitation N00421-00-Q-0626 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a full and open competitive basis to purchase CLIN 0001 Quantity 390 ea P/N PA1540-201 DC power adapters for toughbook under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Award is expected 18 Sep 2000. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by 15 Sep 2000 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
