Description
Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Immigration & Naturalization Service intends to award a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Microsoft Premier Sales, 2118 Water Ridge Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28217. Microsoft Premier support for the Enterprise software program is designed to help customers successfully develop, deploy, and manage business systems built around a broad range of high-quanity Microsoft solutions for the server and the desktop. The requirement is for a proactive account managed relationship, personalized technical services and fast, expert resolution of technical issues for all Microsoft products 24 hours/day, 7 days per week. Premier Support provides a comprehensive suite of services focusing on four key areas of customer needs: Account Management; Proactive Services; Premier Online Support; and Responsives Services. The basis of the sole source justification is due to the proprietary nature of the product. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however, interested parties who contend that they are capable of providing the same services and expertise should submit a quotation within 15 days of this notice by September 25, 2000.
