Description

Notice of Intent. The U.S. Customs Service intends to procure ADP programming for communications interface software to communicate with the FBI for the exchange of image (i.e. fingerprint) data using the TCP/IP protocol and to isolate these image transmissions from the normal digital data transmitted to the FBI. As this software is proprietary, this notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. See numbered note
