Description

This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotations (RFQs) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F38610-00-T-0036 is an RFQ. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3571. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. RFQs should be quoted in accordance with the following item description: Line item 0001: Liebert Power Supply, 65 KVA Liebert series 300, 3 phase uninterruptible power supply, model UDA63065A25RT04 with features including 2 battery packs, model U25BP050HHJ1 (40 minutes), Liebert Lot Start Up Service, and one 150 AMP Cutler-Hammer manuel transfer switch, model MTVXKDA30150ESU. Delivery should be FOB destination with shipment destined to AFCCC OL-A, 151 Patton Avenue, Ashville NC 28801-5002. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors _ Commercial Items is applicable to this solicitation. Offerors shall include with their offers a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. FAR clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions_Commercial Items is applicable to this solicitation.
