Description

Notice of intent to sole source requirements under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(2) (Unusual and Compelling Urgency), to R&R Uniforms, Inc., 350 28th Avenue North, Nashville, TN 37209 for continuation of the Immigration and Naturalization Service uniform program for attendees at the training academies for the period from September 16, 2000 through October 10, 2000 to allow for award of the new follow-on five-year contract. This requirement provides uniform program administration services, measuring services, uniforms, related items, and accessories to attendees at the training academies. This contract action will be negotiated as a modification to Contract COW-4-C-0009 (requirements type) with R&R Uniforms, Inc. This is not a solicitation. See Numbered Note 22.
