Description

The U.S. Army Material Command Acquisition Center, MA intends to conduct negotiations with and award a purchase order to Samco Co., 308 West Main St., Johnstown, NY 12095 on a basis of other than full and open competition, reference FAR 6.302-1(a) for the purchase of: Multi-Protective Frisk Gloves -- 20 pair x-small size, 30 pair small size, 80 pair medium size, 390 pair large size, and 80 pair x-large size. Based on extensive market surveys, Samco Co. is the only known manufacturer of these uniquely-constructed, multi-protective frisk gloves. No solicitation document and no performance specifications are available for the multi-protective frisk gloves.
