Description

Provide animal cage pads consisting of 7-ply unbleached tissue with 0.31 mil polyethylene backing, 25 by 30 inches in size in accordance with solicitation specifications for the VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN. Period of contract will be from date of contract award through September 30, 2001, with one 12 month option to extend. The facility uses approximately 35,000 (125 cases) animal cage pads per year. Bid sample is required. Pads should contain recovered fiber. Solicitation documents will be available on or about September 18, 2000, request in writing or by FAX to 612-725-2072. Requests for solicitation documents will not be honored after September 29, 2000. NAICS Code 322222 applies and the small business size is 500 employees.
