Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, No. F02604-00T0084 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a FY01 planning requirement. Funds for this acquisition are currently not available. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This acquisition is reserved for small business; SIC: 1711; Size Std.: $7,000,000. Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001; Nonpersonal services to include all labor, parts, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform inorganic VOC_s and toxicity analysis for wastewater samples collected a Luke Air Force Base_s Wastewater Treatment Plant and collect samples for monitoring well.
