Description

This solicitation which appeared in the CBDNet on 4 August 2000 and modified on 6 September 2000 is modified to add the following statement: "All interested Architect-Engineers are reminded that, in accordance with the provisions of Clause 52.219-14, Limitation on Subcontracting, at least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expanded for employees of the concern." All other information published in the original synopsis and modified is correct.
