Description

The VA Shared Service Center intends to procure on a sole Source basis from Teloquent Communications Corporation, 4 Steeple Court, Germantown, MD 20874, 888/218-9350, Ed Lowell, the following equipment and software: PhoneServer Software User Licenses, Open@gent for POTS-Win 95/98/NT (Media and Licenses), Teltone T311 device and System Engineering Services. This add-on purchase for commercial equipment and software is for equipment already competitively purchased from Teloquent and is proprietary and sold only by Teloquent. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a request for proposals or quotations. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to the above referenced address (Attn: Jo Ann Southerland) by Noon on 9/27/00. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in resopnse to this notice, but will be used to determine if a comparable source or other offerors that provide Teloquent products are available and more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice.
