Description

The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center intends to contract using commercial items procurement procedures, for a contractor to provide all labor, material, parts, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform preventive maintenance and intervening repair of three (3) VA owned Picker Nuclear Medicine Cameras and peripherals, located in our Nuclear Medicine Service of the Wade Park VA, 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106. Services shall be provided for the Picker IRIX Triple Head Camera; Picker AXIS Dual Head Camera; and Picker PRISM 1500. Peripherals include, for each system, color printers, computers, detectors, collomators, CRT's, network communication hardware/software, MiniCap and associated assemblies. Requests for bid packages must be in writing to the address mentioned above. Bid packages may be requested by fax at (440) 838-6052. Solicitations will be available o/a 9/14/00.
