Description

VA Medical Center, Memphis, TN intends to issue a solicitation for Community Based Primary Care Services. The intent is to provide primary care services by a local provider within the community. Veterans will be enrolled in the clinic by the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis, TN for the period of one year from Notice to Proceed. Veterans to be serviced under this capitation payment contract reside primarily in Marshall County, Mississippi and the surrounding counties. The Health Care Provider must physically be located within the city limits of Byhalia, MS or no more than 5 miles outside the corporate city limits of Byhalia, MS. This contract will include a base year, with two, one-year renewal options that can be exercised at the option of the Government. Closing date is October 13, 2000 at 4:30 PM local time.
