Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation document; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirements. This solicitation, No F02604-00-T-0803 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business SIC: 7999 Size Std: $5.0 Million. This is acquisition for Sporting Officials. Contractor to provide all labor, transportation and certifications necessary to provide certified sports officials on Luke AFB, Arizona. Time period of these services will be 01 OCT 00 through 30 SEP 01. Officiating will be needed at the intramural, youth, and varsity levels in the following sports: basketball, flag football, volleyball, slow pitch softball, baseball, and soccer. This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside for small businesses. For a complete copy of the Statement of Work please contact Eric Hinterberger as listed below. This is a FY 01 requirement, award will be made on or around 01 October 2000, when certified funding is available. Basis of award: Award will be made to the lowest-price Offeror, best demonstrating their ability to satisfy the technical capabilities of the items specified. FOB: Destination to Luke AFB, AZ. All prices shall include all Federal, State and Local Taxes. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 90 Calender days from the date specified for the Receipt of Offers.
