Description

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). No EDI (FACNET) solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 7373. The size standard is $18 million. This RFQ contains five (5) line items. LINE ITEM 0001: Engineering Large Format Document Management Software and Hardware to scan, store and index 28,000 drawings. QTY: 1 ea LINE ITEM 0002: File Server Tape Backup Library. QTY: 1 ea LINE ITEM 0003: Scan, index and store 50,000 documents. QTY: 1 jb LINE ITEM 0004: Scan, Index and store 100,000 documents. QTY: 1 jb LINE ITEM 0005: Scan, Index and store 100,000 documents. QTY: 1 jb Work to be accomplished IAW attached statement of work. FOB: Destination. Acceptance: Destination. Delivery to: Holloman AFB, NM. Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications with their quote. The Offeror is required to provide their Contractor's DUNS Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their offer. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the contractor. Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR).
