This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Engineering, Analytical, and Integration support to the GLOVEBOX and Biotechnology Projects which was posted on September 6,2000. You are notified that the following changes are made: change in closing date of synopsis. The due date for receipt of offers is extended October 6, 2000.
