Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Hayes, Inc. for two each Hayes Medical Technology CD-Rom site licenses using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. Renewal subscriptions include quarterly technology updates, ten monthly issues of Hayes Alert Newsletter, four issues of Hayes Legal Precedent Directory, telephone support as needed. The anticipated award date is 1 October 2000 for renewal period 1 Oct 00 through 30 Sep 01. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
