Description

The 37th Contracting Squadron intends to issue under FAR part 12 and 13 a sole source commercial purchase order to Federal Cartridge Company, 900 Bob Eheln St, Anoka Minnesota, 55303; for the following: A) 144 cases federal .410 guage, 1/2 oz 9 shot, 2.5 inch shell, part #t412, 250 shells/case. B) 144 cases 28 guage , 3/4 oz 9 shot 2.75 inch shell;part #t280, 250 shells/case. C) 252 cases 20 guage, 7/8 oz, 9 shot, 2.75 onch shell, part #t206, 250 shells/case. D) 84 cases 12 guage 2.75 inch shell, 2 3/4 dram equivalent, part #t115, 250m shells per case. E) 32 cases .22 caliber ultra match 40 grain, part #UM1B, 5000 rnds per case. F) 20 cases .45 caliber, 185 grain Gold Medal, part #GM45B, 1000 rnds per case. All the above to be delivered within 30 days of order/ no substitutions. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to award to one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider any proposals received within 6 days after date of publication of this synopsis.
