Description

The James A Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa, Florida is seeking the services of a contractor to provide courier services from the Brevard VA Outpatient Clinic, 2900 Veterans Way, Viera, FL to the Orlando VA Outpatient Clinic, 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, FL and back to the Brevard VAOPC. Service to be performed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm. Period of performance is October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001, with 4 additional one-year option periods. Requests for quotation shall be in writing or via fax at 813-903-4838.
