Presolicitation Notice: Project Number 000025-1. Period of Performance is 120 days. SIC 1771, SIZE STANDARD $7.0M. Maintain and Restore Exterior Concrete Structure on Building 620, Wright Patterson AFB in accordance with Project No. 000025-1. Project scope consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and perform all operations necessary to provide maintenance and restore concrete to Building 620, Wright Patterson AFB in accordance with project number 000025-1 plans and specifications. A Request for Proposal including Performance/Price Tradeoff criteria is anticipated to be used. NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Estimated cost of proposed acquisition is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00. ""Mr. Stephen J.
