Description

Renovate Building 3126 on Naval Weapons Station, Goose Creek, SC. SIC#1542, This is a total small business set-aside. Estimated between $25,000 -- $100,000. Contractor must be registered in the central contractor registration IAW FAR 52.232-33; Contractors not registered will not be considered. Payment bond required. (1) Contractor to furnish all labor, material, equipment and supervision required to accomplish the following work: (2) All accessories (toilets, urinals, sinks, shower fixtures, partitions etc) are to be removed and kept intact for resue. (3) Prior to beginning work submittals are required for: approved schedule, modified shop drawings, material safety data sheets and approved ceramic tile styles and colors. (4) Renovate utility room and attic (5) Women's locker and bath area (6) Men's toilet and Urinal area (7) Men's shower and wash area. (8) Men's Locker Room Area.
