Description

The US Army Acquisition Center,Natick Contracting Division,has a requirement for the renovation of Rooms D216 and D218 in Building 4 located at the US Army Installation in Natick, Massachusetts. The contractor shall renovate office areas by relocating existing lab equipment, demolition of existing metal pan and acoustical ceiling including grid and supports,lights,drywall partitions, and associated electrical services. The contractor shall also provide and install new suspended ceiling,lighting,drywall partitions,painting,and carpeting. The anticipated amount is estimated between $25,000 and $50,000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this Procurement is 1542 and the Small Business size standard is $17.0million. The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price Contract. The Request for Quotation will be available on our Web Site at http://www3.natick.army.mil. All questions concerning this acquisition can be directed to Mr. Raymond Golaszewski,Contract Specialist, at Raymond.Golaszewski@natick.army.mil. The Solicitation will be issued on the Web Site on or about 11 September 2000. Quotations will be due 10 days after the posting of the Solicitation at 3:00PM EST.
