Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for Tractor/Trailer services to/from Lorton Warehouse Facility (Lorton VA) or 3201 Pennsy Drive Warehouse (Landover MD) to/from the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, 14th & C Street S.W., Washington, D.C. during the hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Services for 1-year base plus three 1-year options. Requests for a complete package of RFQ-19-0002 must be submitted in writing to the above address or by facsimile to (202) 874-3135. This acquisition is set-aside for small business under standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 4789, with annual receipts of $5.0 million. All responsible small business sources are requested to submit a written quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotation may be submitted on a SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, sic code, business size std, and Duns number. Quotes will be accepted on the first day after publication of the notice of the notices and a purchase order will be awarded soon after receipt of quotes. No phone request will be accepted.
