This is a modification # 1 to the synopsis entitled X38 DC-DC Converters and Filters, Solicitation No. 9-BH13-67-0-41P which was posted on September 5, 2000. You are notified that the following changes are made: synopsis has been changed from a sole source to full and open competition. The Request for Offers will be released on or about 9/13/00 with an offer due date of 9/22/00.
