Description

Description; Portable buildings, 5 each, 12 feet length x 8 feet width x 8 feet height (minimum). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Additional information will be provided upon written request (statement of work and other pertinent information). SEE Note 1 -- The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: Far 52.212-1 (Instructions to offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror representations and certifications -- commercial item), 52.212-4 (Contract terms and conditions -- commercial items) and 52.212-5 (Contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders -- commercial items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Quotations may be faxed to (912) 926-3569. The anticipated award date will be 22 Sep 00.
